If the typical job interview wasn’t stressful enough, engineers hoping to work at Tesla’s Giga Berlin will have the unique opportunity to be interviewed by CEO Elon Musk on Friday.
Musk arrived in Germany earlier this morning, and within an hour took to Twitter to announce he will be visiting the under-construction factory to personally interview candidates.
Recruiting ace engineers for Giga Berlin! Will interview in person tomorrow on site. Send resume to 25Guns@Tesla.com.

This isn’t the CEO’s first visit to Giga Berlin. In September, Musk toured the site to get an in-person look at the progress of construction. After his 1-day visit, Musk made an unannounced stop in nearby Braunschweig to meet with VW CEO Herbert Diess.
During that meeting, Musk had the opportunity to check out the ID.3 and ID.4 electric vehicles from the German automaker, even getting behind the wheel and taking the ID.3 for a quick drive on the airport runway.
Giga Berlin is expected to open in mid-2021, with the first cars rolling off the production line in July.
