The Fisker Ocean SUV will make its European debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain later this month.
Scheduled to take place from February 28 until March 3, MWC attendees will be able to see the electric SUV first hand ahead of the planned start of production in Austria later this year.
Fisker expects the Ocean SUV will have an all-electric range of 250 miles (402km) and start at a price of $37,499 USD (~$47,800 CAD) for the lowest trim.
The top-of-the-line variant will have 350 miles (563km) of range.
“I couldn’t be more excited to unveil the Fisker Ocean in Spain and present its unique combination of performance, value, and technology to the European media and prospective owners,” said CEO Henrik Fisker. “I’m particularly thrilled to announce segment-leading range for the Fisker Ocean.”
The company also announced its European expansion plans, where it expects to sell up to 60,000 units per year.
Along with it’s already established office of Munich, Germany, Fisker is currently building its first European-based brand experience center.
The company said they have plans for additional service centers in other European countries, without providing further details.
Additionally, Fisker has set up its Magic Works Division in England. This is where the company plans to develop specials editions of their vehicles, as well “new, high-performance projects combining sustainability with Henrik Fisker’s commitment to beautiful, emotional design.
