Deal to bring massive new Tesla dealership to Orlando completed

A Tesla dealership is coming to Clermont, Orlando. Clermont Auto Ventures will set up a Tesla dealership on a 9.8-acre site on State Road 50.

The site cost $4.8 million, and Clermont Auto will build a massive 61,000 sqft facility for Tesla.

Locals expect the construction to create jobs even before the site becomes operational. It will also attract other high-end brands to the location, as Biz Journal reports.

First Team Principal will handle the construction. Work may start this year and will be completed next year.

The project is currently in the permitting stage.

Tesla will rent the property from First Team Principal after completion.

The new dealership is the third for the brand in the Orlando metro area.

Biz Journal reports there are nine existing car dealerships in the area already.

Tesla will open its first showroom in Greece on the 21st of November.
