Tesla finally adds ‘beaded basin’ all-weather frunk liner for Model 3

It has been seven months since Tesla redesigned the Model 3 frunk, giving us the biggest hint of the impending introduction of the heat pump.

Since then owners have had to live without an all-weather liner for the smaller frunk as Tesla only offered a carpeted option since November 2020.

Now an all-weather version has been added to the Tesla Shop. Priced at $105 CAD ($70 USD), the liner offers “extreme-duty cargo protection” and is made from a 100% recyclable thermoplastic elastomer that contains no cadmium, lead, latex, or PVC.
