Tesla highlights Ukrainian support efforts in Linkedin post

Tesla volunteers are aiding the Ukrainian people during their time of need. They are providing off-grid power units, solar panels and free electrical vehicle charging to help drivers providing aid.

According to a recent post on the company’s Linkedin profile, the employee volunteers specifically designed, prototyped, and deployed the custom Powerwall kits.

These kits, when paired with any of the 250 solar panels provided by the volunteers at Giga Berlin provide consistent energy to residents by recharging the Powerwall with solar.

To make installation fast and simple, volunteers created step-by-step assembly videos for the units.

As a result, these units can start generating electricity in five minutes with no special tools or technical experience needed.

In addition, Supercharging both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles has been made free by Tesla’s Supercharging team at stations bordering Ukraine.

According to Tesla, since enabling, the Supercharger usage has doubled at sites bordering Ukraine.

The Tesla team continues to do great work in clean energy and supporting humanity.
