Tesla’s Cybertruck and Cyberquad make music video debut with Travis Scott

It didn’t take long for a rap star to feature the prototype Tesla Cybertruck in one of their music videos, as hip-hop artist Travis Scott just released a new video featuring Tesla’s latest creations.

In the video, both the Cybertruck and Cyberquad make appearances, with Travis Scott riding the Cyberquad and showcasing its performance ability, showing that it’s just not a display model that can only go 2km/hr. And of course they would have been remiss to leave out the ‘not-a-flamethrower’, which also makes a guest appearance.

But the big question is just how was Travis Scott the first to get his hands on the coveted Tesla Cybertruck to feature in a music video? Earlier this week Musk was spotted with Scott (and a few others) at a recent Christmas eve party. Maybe they just ran into each other at a party, and Scott jokingly asked if he could have the Cybertruck for a video shoot. Knowing how Musk might react to a question like that, it’s entirely possible he thought it was a cool idea and said sure.
