Tesla reverses some recent Supercharger price hikes in Canada, while other locations get more expensive

Tesla has adjusted Supercharger prices across Canada again, less than two weeks after its last widespread pricing changes.

This latest round is again a mixed bag, with some drivers now paying considerably less while others face another increase.

The biggest reductions are in Calgary and Edmonton, where Tesla owners now pay $0.48/kWh, down from $0.57. Before the September 11 increase, those locations charged $0.51/kWh, meaning drivers are now paying less than they were two weeks ago.

Non-Tesla drivers in Calgary are seeing even more substantial savings, with rates falling from $0.82 to $0.66/kWh.

Saskatoon also saw a notable decrease, falling from $0.54 to $0.48/kWh. Similar cuts appeared across other major cities, while highway and rural locations generally experienced smaller increases of one or two cents.

Ottawa saw mixed changes, with some locations dropping to $0.50/kWh during peak hours, while Campeau Drive and Boundary Road increased to $0.55/kWh.

At the other end of the spectrum, Nova Scotia continues to get more expensive. Enfield’s peak rate has climbed from $0.64 before September 11 to $0.71, and now has seen another increase to $0.75/kWh. Non-Tesla drivers at Digby face an even higher rate of $1.01/kWh, up from $0.96/kWh previously.

Drive Tesla reviewed pricing at all Canadian Supercharger locations, and of those, 240 locations had changed prices, with 170 increasing and 70 decreasing.
