Second Tesla Supercharger under construction in Revelstoke [British Columbia]

Revelstoke is getting its second Supercharger. Construction has just started this week on a new station in the Save-On-Foods parking lot at 555 Victoria Rd.

Although there are no signs that the construction is for Tesla, the crews working on the site confirmed with staff at a nearby restaurant that it will be a Supercharger (via TMC).

Photos of the site show ground work has just begun and the station should be either 8 or 12 stalls when complete.

Even though Tesla’s map doesn’t show Revelstoke is getting another Supercharger, we first reported on the news in August last year when crews working on the Invermere Supercharger said a new station was coming to the interior of the province.

Revelstoke is currently home to 4 V2 stalls in the Best Western parking lot at 1925 Laforme Blvd. The added capacity will be welcomed by local owners and those driving through as the city is almost equidistant between the Golden and Salmon Arm Superchargers.
