Tesla Superchargers under construction in London & Beamsville [Ontario]

Tesla is expanding its Supercharger network in Ontario with two new locations currently under construction — one in Beamsville and another in London.

Beamsville Supercharger

The first site is located in Beamsville at 5005 Ontario Street, just off the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) in the parking lot of a Tim Hortons. Construction is well underway with five prefabricated Supercharger units already installed, for a total of 20 stalls. However, the most important pieces of equipment, the main electrical cabinets and green transformer, have yet to be added.

London Supercharger

A new Supercharger in London was briefly listed as a future site on Tesla’s map last year before being removed in early 2025. Now what looks to be a 20-stall Supercharger is under construction at the same location at Westwood Centre, located at 3165 Wonderland Road South.

This new Supercharger is situated less than one kilometer from Tesla’s newly opened Service Center in London.

While no official opening dates have been announced, construction progress at both Beamsville and London suggests the stations could be operational later this year, pending utility hookups. However, that has been a major stumbling block in Ontario as there are some Superchargers that have been waiting over a year to be energized, so the wait could be longer.
