Tesla has started construction on a new Supercharger station in Guelph, Ontario. This is the first Supercharger station for Guelph, and is a bit of a surprise as it was not on Tesla’s list of planned locations.
The new Supercharger is located in the parking lot of the Circle-K gas station at 435 Woodlawn Rd W, where two prefabricated Superchargers have been installed, for a total of 8 V3 stalls. From a photo shared by the Waterloo Region EVA on X the parking lot still needs to be repaved, but it is unclear if all of the supporting infrastructure has been installed.

Given the state of construction, this station will likely open sometime in Q1 2024. When it does it will be the third Supercharger station within a 20km radius, with the other Superchargers in nearby Kitchener and Cambridge.
Guelph now becomes the sixth Supercharger under construction in Ontario. Currently there are Superchargers waiting to be turned on in Oakville, two in Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham.
