Tesla owners in Europe woke up to a surprise gift from Tesla today, receiving a free two-week trial of Enhanced Autopilot (EAP).
As is usually the case with Tesla, there was no notification of the free upgrade. It was only noticed after some owners spotted the Summon feature was available in their mobile app. A quick visit to their car confirmed Enhanced Autopilot was active until March 31, 2021.
UPDATE: Tesla has now sent an email to impacted owners notifying them of the free trial.

So far we have seen reports of owners of the Model S, Model 3, and Model X receive the trial in France and Germany. There have also been some owners in Ireland and Austria who have not yet seen it appear on their vehicles, suggesting it either may be limited or more likely it is still rolling out to owners.
The free trial comes as Tesla is expected to launch their Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscription service in Q2 2021.
EAP was offered until early 2019 when Autopilot became standard on all Tesla vehicles. The suite of features closely resembles the current FSD offering, with the exception of Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control (TLSCC) which was added several months later.
Tesla has occasionally brought EAP back from the dead, most recently in February when Tesla began offering it as an option in Europe and China.
