We have known that Tesla is testing their Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta software with employees in Canada for most of the year. Now it appears they are also testing in Europe.
At least this is according to Tesla owner-hacker @greentheonly, who notes that the company’s code shows that some vehicles in Europe are running FSD Beta.
I see the outputs and locale-dependent settings.
EU is supported and FSDBeta is officially testing in EU (just with people under NDAs obviously so you don't see the videos published)

It was later revealed by green that testing is also underway in China. However, Tesla China’s testing and training are likely quite different due to local government rules.
There was no data in the code that pointed towards specific nations within Europe where the testing is being performed. Nor did it point towards the particular models that were testing the software.

This is good news for FSD lovers, as it shows Tesla is putting in a significant effort to bring the technology to drivers outside of the United States. The latest release of the FSD Beta should improve the technology even more. Tesla CEO Elon Musk noted it would feature a wholly retrained neural network.
Musk also noted that it would only take a couple of more weeks of tuning and bug fixes until the Download FSD button rolls out to a larger group of EV owners.
