Starlink Mini Launches in Canada With Introductory Price

SpaceX has finally launched the Starlink Mini in Canada, offering a more compact and cost-effective option for satellite internet users.

According to an update to the Starlink website on Tuesday, the Mini is available at an introductory price of just $399. While the regular price was not listed, SpaceX says the discounted price will be available until January 6, 2025, presenting as an attractive alternative to the standard Starlink dish, which is priced at $499.

To complement the Starlink Mini, SpaceX offers two distinct plans for Canadian users:

  • Unlimited Plan: At $189 per month, this plan is ideal for heavy internet users with no data cap.
  • Roam Plan: Priced at just $70 per month, this plan includes 50GB of data.

The Starlink Mini is designed with portability and flexibility in mind. Its compact size makes it easier to transport and install, catering particularly to users who require a mobile internet solution. Whether you’re an adventurer on the road, a camper in remote wilderness, or simply someone with limited space for a satellite dish, the Mini offers a streamlined option without compromising on connectivity.

Additionally, its sleek design integrates well into various settings, from RVs to even inside your vehicle, giving users more options for their specific needs.

The Starlink Mini debuted earlier this year in the United States and select international markets, where it received positive feedback for its convenience and affordability.
