Porsche and Turo collaborate to add three Taycan EVs to car sharing service in Montreal

Porsche Canada and Turo, the country’s largest peer-to-peer car sharing platform, have announced today the launch of a brand new partnership that will run in Montreal through the month of June.

Called Porsche Drive, the collaboration will see three Porsche Taycan models hosted on the car-sharing service until June 30. Members of Turo can now experience one of the Taycan 4S models from $365 per day.

If a customer ends up buying a Taycan at a Porsche Center in Canada, the automaker will refund the amount they spent on their rental in full.

The program originally launched in Toronto in 2019, and was recently expanded to include Vancouver. Marc Ouayoun, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd says this one-month trial is just the beginning for Montreal.

“The Porsche Drive subscription and rental program was originally launched in Toronto in 2019 and has recently expanded to Vancouver. We believe that the unique collaboration with Turo serves as the perfect trial model as we plan to launch the full program in Montreal in the future,” he said.
