Tesla just recently opened their second Sales, Service & Delivery in British Columbia last week. According to a recent job posting, the automaker could be looking add another one soon.
The job posting (#84048) for a “Seasonal Tesla Advisor” was posted to the Careers section of Tesla’s website on February 11, 2021. Based on the title of the posting as well as a notation within it, the job will be located in Richmond, BC.
Other than a Supercharger at CF Richmond Center that opened just over one year ago, Tesla has no presence in Richmond, located just south of Vancouver.
The job description says the successful candidate “plays a pivotal role in Tesla achieving our end of quarter delivery goals.” This suggest the new location could be open as soon as next month, and could be a pop-up store seen in other markets at local malls.

This idea is supported by documents from the City of Richmond. A business license was issued to Tesla Motors Canada Inc. on January 13, 2020. The address listed with the license is 6551 No. 3 Rd – CF Richmond Centre.
As that was over one year ago, the license has since likely expired. Drive Tesla has been unable to find any other business licenses issued to Tesla in Richmond.
