Tesla apparently has reduced cabin noise in Model 3

Depending on who you ask, the Tesla Model 3 is either the quietest ride they’ve ever been in, or one of the noisiest. The main complaint with cabin noise in the Model 3 is from wind noise entering the cabin, likely due to a lack of a second set of door seals, which you can now purchase from a number of online sellers for a fairly cheap price.

In response to a question asked of Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Twitter, it appears that Tesla has made improvements to the Model 3 to reduce interior cabin noise.

Musk provided no further details on what exactly has been done to reduce the cabin noise, but at least we now know that Tesla recognizes it as an issue and has taken steps to mitigate it.
