Tesla Semi brought out to help with Q2 deliveries at Fremont

As we reported earlier this morning, Tesla in Canada is pulling out all the stops to deliver as many cars as possible as Q2 draws to a close next week.

It looks like it’s all hands on deck south of the border too, as there was a special guest appearance to help with deliveries this morning at the factory in Fremont.

First spotted by Emanuel Reyes on Twitter, a red Tesla Semi was seen at the staging area getting loaded up with some Tesla Model S, Model 3, and Model Y vehicles for delivery.

This isn’t the first time the Tesla Semi has been used to help make new deliveries. Back in March 2019, Tesla CEO Elon Musk shared this photo on Twitter of a silver Tesla Semi loaded with vehicles.

With the COVD-19 pandemic forcing the closure of Tesla’s Fremont factory for more than 2 months, it will be interesting to see if the automaker is able to post yet another record quarter when the final numbers are released next month.

Based on the level of activity we’re seeing at Tesla, they’re doing their best to make sure that happens.
