Watch this Porsche Taycan Turbo S test the limits on the Autobahn

When Porsche released its new Taycan, it unfortunately didn’t get a very good efficiency rating from the EPA. Initial reviews however we pretty positive on its performance capabilities.

The latest to test the Porsche Taycan Turbo S is Automann-TV, who recently got his gloved hands on one for some high speed runs and acceleration tests on the Autobahn.

Porsche claims the Turbo S will reach a top speed of 260km/h (162mph). In the tests performed in the video below, the Porsche topped out even higher, at 269km/h (167mph). That’s 9km/h faster than what Porsche officially publishes for the top-of-the-line Turbo S.

He also performs some impressive 100-200km/h runs, clocking in at 6.9 seconds. As expected, the efficiency takes a hit when performing runs like these, dropping to a paltry 40kwh/100km.
