SpaceX’s Starlink is rolling out a new limited-time offer for customers in Canada and the United States looking to stay connected while on the move.
In Canada, customers can purchase the Starlink Mini Kit for C$499 – $100 off its regular price of $599 – and receive a C$150 service credit.
The offer is similar in the U.S. – customers can purchase the Starlink Mini Kit for US$399 (regular US$499), and receive a US$100 service credit.
Both offers are only valid until July 7, 2025, and are only valid on Mini Roam service activations, which includes 50GB of data for C$70/month. The service credit will be automatically applied to the customer’s second month of service.
The Starlink Mini is designed for portability and convenience, weighing just under 3 kilograms and featuring a built-in Wi-Fi router. Unlike the standard Starlink dish, the Mini is compact enough to be packed for travel, camping, or remote work, allowing users to stay online even in the most isolated parts of the country. The kit connects to Starlink’s global satellite constellation to deliver high-speed, low-latency internet, with expected download speeds ranging from 200 to 290 Mbps during peak hours in Canada.
The Roam plan allows users to access the Starlink network wherever coverage is available, which now includes nearly all of Canada. Whether exploring the backcountry of British Columbia, fishing in the Yukon, or driving through the Prairies, Starlink Mini users can maintain a strong internet connection without relying on traditional cellular networks or local infrastructure.
