Rivian is set to open its first ‘Spaces’ showroom in Canada later this month at The Amazing Brentwood in Burnaby.
As part of Rivian’s expansion plans, the automaker aims to enhance its retail presence over the coming year. That began last month with the opening of its first retail ‘Space’ in New York. At the time we told you that a Canadian location would also be opening soon in Vancouver, and now we have an official opening date.
On July 28, 2023 the Rivian Space at Burnaby’s The Amazing Brentwood will open its doors, providing prospective buyers a unique shopping experience. Burnaby’s Rivian Space will be the first to incorporate augmented reality, enabling customers to digitally explore their preferred configurations. There will also be a R1T on display and exclusive merchandise tailored specifically for the British Columbia market.
This expansion of Rivian Spaces will introduce a variety of formats, catering to different customer preferences. From product-focused experience sites like the one in Burnaby, to more unconventional locations such as a beautifully restored historic cinema in Laguna Beach, California.
