Lucid Motors is shaking up their lineup yet again with another variant of their luxury electric sedan – the Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition.
The Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition is a limited production model and set to make its debut at the International Motor Show (IAA Mobility) today. As the name implies brings together two offering previously not available together – the limited Dream Edition paired with the Stealth theme that was launched last year.
This Air Midnight Dream Edition boasts dark polished exterior trim and 21-inch Aero Dream wheels with satin black inserts. On the inside the Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition also carries a darker theme with inspiration drawn from the Mojave desert at night.
As noted the Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition will debut at the IAA debut. Starting September 5, the EV will be available for media and invited guests to view up close. For the general public, the doors of the studio will open on September 7. Visitors will also have the chance to take short test drives in the Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition.
However, Lucid says this particular model is primarily aimed at the European market and won’t be available for purchase in Canada or the United States.
Looking ahead, Lucid has teased the upcoming debut of its first electric SUV, the Gravity, scheduled for November. While pricing details are still under wraps, industry insiders expect it to exceed the US$100,000 mark.
