Tesla CEO Elon Musk has expressed his support for a large convoy of truckers currently heading from British Columbia to Canada’s capital city, Ottawa, in protest of a recent COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
“Canadian truckers rule,” tweeted Musk, who still holds his Canadian citizenship thanks to his mother, Maye Musk, who was born in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Earlier this month the federal government ended an exemption for truck drivers which allowed them to avoid a 2-week quarantine after crossing the border from the United States into Canada.
The convoy of truckers plans to reach Ottawa this weekend, where they will hold a “freedom rally” against mandatory vaccinations in Canada.
About one hour before this tweet, Musk sent another Canadian related tweet which got many Tesla fans wondering if it was a hint about the impending release of FSD Beta in Canada.

As it turns out, it appears to have actually been in relation to Musk’s other favourite topic – cryptocurrency.
According to The Tech Outlook, Je m’aple syrup (SYRUP) is a cryptocurrency, deployed on Binance Smart Chain(BSC BEP-20).
