Polestar 4 Pricing for Canada and US announced, starts at C$64,900/US$56,300

The Polestar 4 has made its North American public debut, appearing this week at the 2024 New York International Auto Show (NYIAS), with the company using the moment to announce Canadian and US pricing for the electric performance SUV.

In Canada the Polestar 4 starts at C$64,900 for the Long Range Single Motor variant and C$74,900 for the Long Range Dual Motor variant with the standard Pilot Pack, all the way up to C$87,500 for the most expensive trim available, the Long Range Dual Motor with Plus and Performance Packs.

In the US the pricing starts at US$56,300 for the Long Range Single Motor, US$64,300 for the Long Range Dual Motor, and up to US$74,300 for the Long Range Dual Motor with Plus and Performance packs.

The Polestar 4 is set to go on sale in Canada and the US in late April 2024, with customer deliveries not planned planned to begin until the fourth quarter.

The Polestar 4 is positioned between the Polestar 2 and Polestar 3 in both size and price. The EV boasts a wide range of standard features, including 20-inch 5 V-spoke black diamond-cut alloy wheels, a panoramic glass roof, and advanced safety technologies like adaptive cruise control and a 360 parking camera with 3D view. The Long Range Dual Motor version further benefits from the Pilot Pack, which includes Pilot Assist and Lane Change Assist.

In terms of performance, the Polestar 4 is the fastest production car developed by the brand, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in 3.7 seconds, with a maximum power output of 544 hp. The Long Range Single Motor variant promises impressive efficiency with a preliminary range target of over 483 km EPA, powered by a 102 kWh battery supporting fast charging capabilities.

The vehicle also features an infotainment system powered by Android Automotive OS, leveraging the Snapdragon Cockpit Platform with a 15.4-inch landscape-oriented screen.
