Tesla 2021.44.30.5 software update brings FSD Beta 10.8.1, including to suspended drivers

Tesla has started deploying their latest software update, 2021.44.30.5, to owners with Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta. The update was first detected just after 9:00am this morning.

According to the release notes, the update has reset the “Forced Autopilot Disengagements” counter to zero.

The limit has also been increased from 3 to 5, giving FSD Beta drivers some extra breathing room before being kicked out of the program for improper usage.

Although not included in the release notes, a source tells us this update is also being sent to owners that have used the system improperly and previously been kicked out of the program.
