Tesla has introduced two new incentives for Cybertruck buyers, with different offerings for customers in Canada and the U.S.
Free Lifetime Supercharging for Cybertruck Foundation Series in Canada
Canadian customers ordering the Foundation Series Cybertruck now receive free lifetime Supercharging. This perk has been offered on Foundation Series Cybertrucks in the U.S. since last year, and now the offer has finally made its way north of the border.
Since Tesla has already opened sales of the “regular” Cybertruck in Canada, Foundation Series are only available through existing inventory. A quick review of Tesla’s existing inventory site show there are still dozens of units available across the country.
After a very brief, and likely inadvertent price increase last month, the Foundation Series Cybertruck AWD has been discounted by $6,900, and the Cyberbeast by $8,300, equating to 5% discounts on both vehicles. The Foundation Series Cybertruck AWD now starts at C$131,090, and the Cyberbeast at C$157,690.
Tesla’s 1.99% Financing Promotion for U.S. Cybertruck Buyers
In the U.S., Tesla has launched a 1.99% APR financing deal for all Cybertruck models, including the Foundation Series. The offer applies to new orders placed on or after March 5, 2025, and is available for loans with up to a 60-month term.
For buyers looking for longer financing terms, Tesla is offering a discounted rate of 2.99% for 72-months, but if you opt for the longest 84-month loan, the interest rate is the standard 6.79%.
No Similar Financing Promotion for Canada
While the U.S. gets a financing incentive, Canada does not have a similar interest rate promotion for the Cybertruck at this time. Tesla’s Canadian website reflects standard financing rates of 4.98% across all term lengths.
