Tesla owners in Ottawa finally have a new Supercharger location, with the long-anticipated station at Campeau Drive officially opening at Tanger Outlets Ottawa.
Tesla first revealed plans for the Campeau Drive Supercharger when it appeared on the company’s Find Us map in September 2024. Construction began nearly a year later in May 2025 and wrapped up quickly, with physical work completed by June 2025.
However, despite construction finishing last summer, the site remained inactive for several months waiting for final inspections and connection to the grid, before finally going live over the weekend.
The new Supercharger, located at 8555 Campeau Drive, features 12 V4 stalls capable of delivering charging speeds of up to 325 kW. Charging fees at the Campeau Drive location vary based on the time of day, with off-peak pricing for Tesla owners set at $0.29/kWh during overnight and early morning hours, while peak daytime rates reach $0.55/kWh.
Non-Tesla EV owners can also plug in at this new Ottawa Supercharger, with pricing ranging from $0.41/kWh to $0.77/kWh depending on the time of day.

The Campeau Drive Supercharger is located near Tanger Outlets Ottawa, a popular retail destination that provides convenient access to shops, restaurants, and amenities while vehicles charge. Its proximity to Highway 417 also makes it a useful stop for drivers traveling between Ottawa and other major cities such as Kingston, Toronto, or Montreal.
