Residents of Saskatchewan will soon be able to buy a Tesla in their own province following on a recent job posting published on Tesla’s website.
According to the posting, Tesla is looking for a Tesla Advisor (Sales) in Saskatoon. The successful candidate will “support customers from the moment they walk into our showrooms to learn about Tesla through to their delivery day experience.”
The posting does not reveal where in Saskatoon the store will be.
UPDATE: Good news for those in Manitoba, Tesla is also looking for Sales Advisors in Winnipeg.
The idea of an official Tesla location in Saskatoon will be great for both owners and future owners in the province. We reported earlier today that the automaker has changed its “Carrier Direct” policy and no longer will deliver cars to your home if you live far away from a Tesla location.
There are currently 6 Superchargers open in Saskatchewan with locations in Maple Creek, Swift Current, Moose Jaw, Regina, Whitewood, and Davidson. Another 5 are planned to open soon.
