Tesla has officially expanded its presence in in South America, opening Experience Centre in the country. Located in Santiago, Chile, the new 260-square-meter showroom inside Mall Cenco Alto Las Condes serves as both a retail hub and a showcase for Tesla’s technology and innovation.
Tesla’s new Santiago Experience Center allows visitors to explore the company’s vehicles firsthand, with the new Model 3 and Model Y both on display. Customers can learn about Tesla’s software, charging network, and energy solutions, while staff provide personalized consultations for prospective buyers.
In addition to its Model 3 and Model Y, Tesla brought the Cybertruck to Chile for the first time—drawing large crowds of curious onlookers. Optimus is also part of the store’s display.

Tesla confirmed that the Cybertruck will go on sale in Chile soon, potentially making it one of the markets outside of North America to receive the electric pickup truck.
To celebrate the grand opening, Tesla introduced a limited-time “Tesla Boost” promotion offering significant discounts on the Model 3 and Model Y:
- Model 3: CLP$4,000,000 (C$5,900/US$4,250) discount
- Model Y: CLP$3,000,000 discount (C$4,380/US$3,200)
The opening comes less than two years after Tesla formally entered the Chilean market in early 2024, launching online sales for the Model 3 and Model Y, along with their first South American store in an upscale mall in Chile’s capital city of Santiago.
Since then, the company has rapidly gained traction—according to Chile’s National Automotive Association (ANAC), Tesla registered 555 vehicles as of August 2025, with the Model 3 and Model Y ranking second and third among the country’s top-selling electric cars.
