Honda Canada has unveiled an upgraded version of its all-electric SUV, the 2025 Honda Prologue, offering more range, more power, and new charging flexibility for Canadian drivers.
More Range and Power Across the Lineup
For 2025, both the EX and EX-L trims of the Honda Prologue now boast an estimated range of up to 473km on a full charge—20km more than the previous model. The Touring AWD trim sees its range increase to 455km, up 16km from 2024.
Performance has also been improved across all variants, with the dual-motor setup now delivering 300 horsepower and 355 lb.-ft. of torque. This marks a 12-hp and 25 lb.-ft. improvement, giving the Prologue a more dynamic and responsive driving experience.

Expanded Charging Options with Tesla Supercharger Access
One of the most significant updates for 2025 is the Prologue’s new compatibility with Tesla Superchargers. Starting this summer, Honda will offer an officially approved NACS adapter that enables access to over 22,000 Superchargers across North America.

All trims come standard with an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery that supports DC fast charging at up to 150 kW, allowing drivers to add approximately 100km of range in just 10 minutes. A portable charging kit is also included, featuring both Level 1 (120V) and Level 2 (240V) adapters for home use.

Standard Features and Pricing Breakdown
The 2025 Prologue continues to offer a long list of standard features across all trims. These include 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels, Google built-in functionality, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, heated front seats, a 10-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support, dual-zone climate control, and HondaSensing safety tech.
Despite all of the changes and improvements, pricing remains unchanged from 2024:
- EX: C$59,990 MSRP | 473km range
- EX-L: C$64,990 MSRP | 473km range
- Touring: C$69,990 MSRP | 455km range
“With added range, increased power, and broader charging access, the 2025 Honda Prologue is even better positioned to meet the needs of Canadian EV buyers,” said Emile Korkor, Assistant Vice President of Honda Canada. “We’re committed to making the transition to electric as easy and accessible as possible.”
Honda aims to provide access to around 100,000 DC fast chargers across North America by 2030, thanks to partnerships with Tesla and the new IONNA charging network.
