Tesla is putting an expiry date on one of its most generous perks for Canadian customers. Buyers who take delivery of a new Model 3 from inventory by September 30, 2025, will secure free unlimited lifetime Supercharging across Canada and the U.S. — a benefit that could save owners thousands of dollars over the lifespan of the car.
Tesla announced the expiry date in an update to the website on Friday, along with an email sent out to customers advising them to take delivery as soon as possible.

A review of existing inventory listings across Canada by Drive Tesla shows dozens of Model 3 vehicles available for immediate or near-immediate delivery. Pricing ranges from around $58,000 for the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) up to the mid-to-high $60,000 range for the Long Range All-Wheel Drive (AWD) variant. There are a limited number of Model 3 Performance vehicles available priced in the high $70,000 range.
Don’t forget, buyers using a referral link can also receive three months of Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability at no cost, further sweetening the deal.
These are pre-tariff prices, with prices for Model 3 ordered through the online configurator set at $79,990 and $89,990 for the Long Range AWD and Performance variants.

The existing inventory listings include demo vehicles, which are also eligible for this promotion. These vehicles, with mileage from less than 1,000km up to 5,000km or more, are priced at a discount to reflect its prior use, but are still considered “new” for this promotion.
The promotion first rolled out in mid-August, when Tesla announced that every new Model 3 in Canadian inventory would come with free lifetime Supercharging. The offer replaced Tesla’s earlier short-term incentives of 12 months and later 18 months of free charging, raising the stakes considerably for potential buyers.
