Tesla increases Model 3/Y inventory discounts in the US

Tesla has ramped up its discount offerings in the US, increasing inventory price reductions on select Model Y and Model 3 vehicles to as much as US$4,000. These discounts can be combined with other promotions Tesla is currently running that could save buyers even more money.

According to Tesla’s existing inventory website, discounts of up to $4,000 on the Model Y are now available, while the Model 3 is seeing similar reductions. These new offers have increased from previous discounts, which were as much as $2,500 earlier in October. (h/t: @SawyerMerritt)

Tesla also introduced inventory discounts for Canada earlier this month, with discounts ranging between $1,500 and $3,040 depending on the model and configuration. However, it appears the company has not similarly increased those discounts north of the border at the time of publication.

In addition to these discounts, buyers can also take advantage of other promotions Tesla is recently running. These include 0% financing, as well as free Full Self-Driving (FSD) transfers for existing owners to trade up to newer models.

Buyers can also use a referral link on inventory purchases. However as of today, the referral discount has dropped in the US for the Model 3/Y from US$1,000 to US$500.
