Tesla is rolling out a new round of purchase incentives for buyers in China this October. The latest promotions include a mix of insurance subsidies, interest-free financing plans, referral program paint credits, FSD transfer, and Supercharging benefits, depending on the model.
Incentives for Model 3 Buyers
The updated Model 3 is receiving some of the most attractive offers this month. Customers can receive an 8,000 yuan insurance subsidy, making the upfront cost of ownership more manageable. Tesla is also offering five-year interest-free financing, which allows buyers to spread out payments without added borrowing costs.

In addition, those purchasing through Tesla’s referral program can qualify for an 8,000 yuan (C$1,500) paint credit, effectively lowering the cost of premium colors. Buyers are also eligible for 5000 km of free Supercharging for orders placed between October 1 and October 31.

Model Y and Model Y Long Range Offers
Tesla’s best-selling Model Y continues to be the centerpiece of its sales strategy in China. For October, customers can take advantage of five years of interest-free financing and the 8,000 yuan paint credit under the referral program.
The recently released six-seat Model Y L is also part of the promotion, but with slightly different terms. Buyers of this variant can receive three years of 0% interest financing, along with the same 8,000 yuan paint credit offered under the referral program.

Premium Models and FSD Transfer
Tesla is also extending incentives to its flagship vehicles, including the Model S, Model X, Model 3, and Model Y. Owners who currently have Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) package can transfer the feature to a new vehicle. This FSD transfer offer has proven popular in North America, as it allows long-time Tesla owners to upgrade their cars without losing access to a software package that costs thousands of dollars.
