Lucid Gravity Officially Opens Orders in Europe Ahead of 2026 Launch

Lucid has officially opened order books for its Gravity SUV in Europe, marking the company’s next step in global expansion. The luxury electric vehicle made its European debut this week at IAA Mobility in Munich.

According to Lucid, customers in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Norway can now reserve the flagship Gravity Grand Touring model, with deliveries scheduled to begin in early 2026. A more affordable Touring trim will follow at a later date, giving buyers additional options in the premium EV SUV space.

Pricing has been confirmed for each market:

  • Germany: €99,900 (Touring) | €116,900 (Grand Touring)
  • Netherlands: €102,900 (Touring) | €119,900 (Grand Touring)
  • Switzerland: CHF 108,900 (Touring) | CHF 125,900 (Grand Touring)
  • Norway: NOK 1,049,000 (Touring) | NOK 1,249,000 (Grand Touring)

At the heart of the Gravity Grand Touring is a 123 kWh battery pack, paired with Lucid’s advanced 926-volt architecture. The result is up to 748 kilometers of WLTP range (465 miles), setting a new benchmark in the segment. Ultra-fast charging capabilities allow drivers to recover as much as 400 kilometers of range in just 14 minutes, significantly reducing downtime on long journeys.

Despite seating for up to seven passengers and a full three-row configuration, the Gravity maintains impressive agility. Acceleration from 0–100 km/h takes just 3.6 seconds, making it one of the quickest SUVs on the road.

Lucid has tuned the Gravity with Europe in mind, combining long-range cruising capability with dynamic handling suited for everything from the German Autobahn to winding Alpine passes. Standard equipment includes an aluminum-intensive chassis and single-chamber air suspension, while an optional Dynamic Handling Package introduces triple-chamber suspension and rear-wheel steering, reducing the turning circle to just 11.7 meters.

For practicality, the Gravity offers up to 3,398 liters of cargo space with seats folded, 780 liters with all three rows in place, plus a 230-liter frunk that doubles as a versatile storage or seating space. A towing package rated for 2,500 kg further enhances its utility, appealing to adventure-oriented buyers.

Inside, the SUV features a 34-inch 6K OLED display, Lucid UX 3.0 software with over-the-air (OTA) updates, and an optional augmented-reality head-up display. Sliding second-row seats, tray tables, and multiple USB-C ports ensure comfort and functionality for both families and business travelers.

Lucid’s advanced driver-assistance suite, DreamDrive™ 2, is included, leveraging NVIDIA DRIVE AGX technology to deliver adaptive lane biasing, 3D surround monitoring, and future-ready autonomous driving features.

Production of the Gravity began in Arizona in late 2024, but Europe may prove to be its most natural market. Unlike the SUV-heavy U.S., European buyers have long embraced hatchbacks, wagons, and vans—segments that align more closely with the Gravity’s aerodynamic, people-focused design.
