Jaguar Ends New Car Sales in the UK as It Prepares for an All-Electric Relaunch in 2026

Jaguar is hitting the pause button on new car sales in its home market, with no new vehicles available until 2026. The move is part of the automaker’s plans to relaunch with a fully electric lineup aimed at the luxury segment.

The last Jaguar model to be phased out in the UK is the popular F-Pace SUV, which follows the recent discontinuation of the XE and XF sedans, the F-Type, and the electric I-Pace and E-Pace SUVs. While the F-Pace and I-Pace remain available in international markets, production will cease entirely by early 2025. (via Autocar)

In the interim, Jaguar’s UK offerings will be certified pre-owned vehicles, providing a bridge until the brand’s electrified models debut in the coming years.

As for existing owners, Jaguar says they will continue to receive full support, including maintenance, warranty services, and software updates through its Authorized Repairer network.

In 2026, the iconic British automaker’s all-new electric lineup is set to kick off with a high-performance GT model, which Jaguar promises will rival the likes of the Porsche Taycan. This four-seat GT will be followed by a luxury SUV in 2026 and a high-end sedan, all built on Jaguar’s purpose-built JEA platform.

Along with an all-electric focus, Jaguar intends to move away from volume sales and instead focus on premium, high-margin products.
